”Certainly their most epic party to date, Glitterbox and their troop of colourful alternative performers descended upon the capital, setting off on a high and finishing somewhere in a far away galaxy of glitter and debauchery – a great place to find yourself early on a Sunday morning. ” – @GlitterballGwen writes for Skiddle
The mighty Glitterbox returned to Ministry of Sound, London on 4th March for their first event of 2017.
Pulling out all the stops, they put on an extravaganza of entertainment in a way only they could – involving some amazing music, a metric tonne of glitter and some sensational performances from the troop.
Dimitri From Paris and David Morales took control of the main room, with both sets igniting the dance floor.
Simon Dunmore aka ‘The Glitterboss’ provided the tunes in 103 along with Melon Bomb, creating a space filled with Defected classics, disco and house edits.
The Loft turned out to be the best back room experience ever courtesy of Melvo Baptistse & Flo.
Glitterballs attended with pleasure, bringing a small team of seasoned disco veterans and complete disco virgins along for the adventure.
This time, @GlitterballGwen had the honour of reviewing the whole shebang for the lovely folks at Skiddle.
We are still lost for words, this one was very, very special. Watch this – we think you’ll agree!
